Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom or engraved orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for production before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made and engraved jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.

To maintain shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth and store it in the provided Gemini Jewels pouch when not in use.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every purchase includes a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
